Breathwork
During a breathwork session breathing patterns are intentionally changed to aid emotional healing and personal growth. It is useful for finding balance in your self and your life issues as it may be used for stress, relationship problems or help with overwhelming emotions, resulting in greater awareness. Breathwork is also an excellent method of improving mental, physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.
The type of breathwork that i facilitate will take you into the Theta brain wave state, this is the state between awake and asleep, allowing for powerful imagery, where we become more receptive to information beyond our normal conscious awareness.
Theta state increases creativity, and often solutions to our problems are witnessed that may not be apparent in an Alpha or Beta brain wave state.
